Steven H. Cohen

Steven H. Cohen attended SUNY Albany where he earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in 1982. He then went on to Suffolk University Law School in Boston and graduated with honors in 1985.
Steve was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986 and served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Navy from 1986-1989 at the Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida. He then returned to the Hudson Valley and has tried countless jury trials. Steve has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. In 2016, Steve joined Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP.
Steven H. Cohen is a member of the Dutchess County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and The American Association for Justice.
For more than 30 years, Steve has advocated for people injured through the fault or negligence of others. His work as a personal injury lawyer includes a variety of cases, from motorcycle accidents and slip and fall accidents to dog bites and construction accident cases.
Steve has served on the board of Temple Beth-EL. He lives with his wife in Dutchess County. His grown children live in different parts of the country.
