Jordan M. Gwynn

Jordan M. Gwynn brings extensive courtroom and prosecutorial experience to his role as associate attorney, concentrating on personal injury and professional liability defense.

Prior to joining the Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP (FKC&S) team in 2026, Jordan M. Gwynn served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he handled a substantial caseload of felony and misdemeanor matters from investigation through resolution. In that role, he regularly appeared in court for arraignments and hearings, presented numerous cases to the grand jury and gained meaningful trial experience. His work included prosecuting a wide range of matters, including violent crimes, domestic violence, sex offenses, child abuse, weapons offenses and financial crimes, while working closely with law enforcement on investigations and charging decisions.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and served as an associate editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. During law school, he gained valuable experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office and the Dutchess County Public Defender’s Office. He earned his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from The College of Saint Rose.

Earlier in his career, Jordan served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office and assistant director of undergraduate admissions at The College of Saint Rose.

A Hudson Valley native, Jordan was born in Kingston and resides in Fishkill. Outside of the office, he enjoys boxing, spending time with family, and enduring the highs and lows of New York Knicks fandom.
