In May 2023, Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP’s (FKC&S) 92-year-old client was leaving a store in Newburgh, NY. As he was pushing his cart towards his car, another driver was backing up and not paying attention. That car hit FKC&S’s client’s shopping cart, propelling him to the ground.
