Jeff Feldman successfully defended a hematologist/oncologist against claims that he failed to properly monitor a patient during the immediate post- operative period following thoracic spine surgery for a suspected mass compressing the spinal cord. The claims were discontinued midtrial following the testimony of the codefendant neurosurgeons.
