Hudson Valley Law Firm Announces Promotion of Tenured Attorney
Seasoned medical malpractice and personal injury attorney Bain R. Loucks has been made a partner at Fishkill, NY based law firm Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP (FKC&S). Recognized by Best Law Firms since its First Edition in 2010, FKC&S has been successfully trying cases at all levels of state and federal courts throughout the Hudson Valley and Capital District for more than 37 years.

A Hudson Valley native, Loucks was born in Kingston, New York and grew up in Ulster County. After graduating from the University at Albany State University of New York in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in English and minor in business administration, he worked as a claims professional in a large health insurance company. In 2005, he earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He was admitted to practice in New York the following year.
Prior to joining the FKC&S team in 2018, Loucks began his legal career at a mid-sized firm in New York City, defending product liability claims against automobile manufacturers and negligence claims against transportation companies. In 2008, he joined another well-respected New York City-based firm where he focused on representing professionals, including doctors and lawyers, in malpractice actions and disciplinary proceedings. During those years, Loucks also litigated construction accident and general liability claims, and successfully drafted and argued numerous complex appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. Throughout his career he has lectured on emerging issues in professional malpractice and law firm risk management.
Loucks currently resides in Bloomingburg, NY with his wife and daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, hiking, skiing and spending time with his family and friends.
